I have been studying and practising yoga for over nine years and my experience encompasses many known styles and traditions of yoga. I specifically tailor my classes to suit the requirements of the individuals that I am teaching
I completed my teacher training with Zenways Yoga School and was taught by Julian Daizan Skinner, a Zen Master that studied and practised yoga for 20 years in Japanese temples
